photographing engagements is quickly becoming one of my favorite things to shoot! there is SO much excitement, anxiousness and joy in these moments and i just love studying the photos and faces in them later. it makes me happy and after a hard couple of days, going through these photos is exactly what i needed.
adam contacted me several months ago about photographing his engagement to his super lovely, now fiancee, lytch. he did such a great job pulling everything off and i was super impressed with his thoughtfulness.
adam managed to set up a confetti canon (which went off after lytch she said yes!!!), hang a flower garland and sprinkle rose pedals on the porch, ALL while lytch got ready for "brunch". at one point he told her there were roaches on the porch to keep her away. well played, roaches are gross. oh and he planned a surprise engagement party for friends and family later in the day. good job adam! boyfriends take note......
