okay, first a bit of explanation.
in high school and college i LOVED fashion, it was kind of my thing, and every day was an excuse to play dress up. welp, since penelope is turning into a little lady and it's easier to leave the house without spit up, poop or baby food in my hair (don't get me wrong these things still do happen, but it's just a bit more manageable), i am reclaiming fashion as one of my hobbies. and more than a hobby, for me it's relaxing. they don't call it retail therapy for nothin'!
