little halloweenie

yesterday was penelope's first halloween! i was definitely more excited than her.

i was spending WAYY too much time thinking about penelope's costume. then i saw these cute pom poms on the university of texas bookstore website. i had to have them. i mean she had to have them ;)

ms. shirley (penelope's nanny) got her dressed up and i took her to my work party.  of course she was a hit but penelope wasn't too sure about my co-workers. she's getting picky about her people!

we decided to stay in and pass out candy with our friends robyn and justin since this is probably our last year to chill and take it easy on halloween.
